For old Mansfield style 500 series full-turn hydrants manufactured from 1970-2006, the 500 Series Stems are designed to fit the 500 Series Wall Hydrants exclusively. These replacement stems work in a 578-12 or 590-12 hydrant, and they replace part number 123-0095 and M-123-0095.
The 123-0095 stem is specifically engineered for old Mansfield style 500 series full-turn hydrants produced from 1970 to 2006. These 500 Series Stems are made to fit the 500 Series Wall Hydrants only and are not interchangeable with any other models.
